Fresh install

Web server was hacked multiple times for 2 weeks now. A few sites were compromised and resulted in multiple incidents of hosting account being suspended.

Conducted a clean install for a suspected site that might have malicious codes hidden in a script, which provided the culprits a backdoor to play with.

Hopefully this will eliminate all malicious attempts to compromise the site.
